Graphic Designer (Remote)

Overview

We are looking for a creative powerhouse who excels in producing inventive humorous content and is a highly skilled graphic designer. We need this person to create highly engaging graphics and visuals for use across a variety of channels. 

This person will have some Marketing experience and understands what graphic structures, effects, and styles work for Marketing purposes. This person will help our business grow even further by helping the company to create a strong visual presence across all platforms. 

We’re currently pushing for a huge growth phase leaving a ton of room for talented individuals to really shine and make themselves invaluable within the company.

What will you be doing?

Some of the tasks you may be expected to perform include:

1. Create eye-catching and humorous graphic ads for digital ad campaigns (FB/Google).
2. Lead the creative direction for the Company. 
3. Proposing graphic design ideas for our website, products, social media accounts, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns and templates
4. Leading design projects from conceptualization to execution
5. Working with our management team to translate marketing requirements into compelling designs
6. Ensuring consistency of branding and design across digital customer touch points
7. Designing and executing both layouts and marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, packaging, product labels, newsletters, mobile, email blasts, etc
8. Producing and editing imagery and occasionally contributing to videography projects
9. Ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard

What are we looking for?

We need a gifted and self-driven Graphic Designer who can work independently and is excited about creating catchy graphics to draw traffic to our website and across all key touch points including packaging, digital advertising, social, e-commerce, etc.. We are looking for someone who requires minimal direction and can see new opportunities for creative progress when management is busy

We are searching for a candidate who understands marketing, someone with a growth mindset and who embraces opportunity. We want someone who can contribute clever ideas by themself, to make our social media campaigns and overall visual presence more remarkable. Other requirements include:

1. Someone with a strong portfolio which they can use to showcase to us their previous work
2. An individual who is highly capable of working independently and with minimal supervision/direction/guidance.
3. A natural creative with a vision for design
4. Someone with marketing experience who is experienced in humorous content creation
5. At least 5 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or ecommerce company
6. Strong portfolio of graphic design work featuring most popular work (e.g. high engagement graphic assets).
